A career built around service

Experience with a distinctly personal approach.

Linda began her banking career with Citizens Industrial Bank in 1993. She moved into mortgage origination with Norwest Mortgage—later Wells Fargo Home Mortgage—and went on to manage Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation.

In 2002, Linda founded Mortgage Team 1, where she continued taking applications and helping families pursue homeownership. She is no longer the owner of Mortgage Team 1. Her current residential mortgage work is with Magnolia Mortgage, alongside the commercial lending practice she is building through MT1 Business Lending.

That career gives Linda a practical understanding of both the numbers and the people behind a financing request. At MT1, she applies that perspective to commercial properties, business plans, and investment opportunities across the United States.
